Mergable Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026

Mergable is a macOS menu bar app, made by Sarnia LLC, that shows the GitHub pull requests waiting on you and helps you fit reviews into your day. It is built so your data stays on your Mac.

What Mergable collects

Nothing. Mergable has no servers, no accounts, no analytics, no crash reporting and no advertising. We never receive any of your data.

Data Mergable uses on your Mac

Third parties

Mergable communicates only with GitHub, using your own token. GitHub's handling of your data is covered by GitHub's Privacy Statement.

This website

This policy covers the Mergable app. The Mergable web pages use Google Analytics to count visits, as described in the Sarnia LLC privacy policy. The app itself doesn't include any analytics.

Deleting your data

Clear your token in Mergable's Settings, or delete the app — removing Mergable removes its settings. You can also revoke the token on GitHub at any time.

Children's privacy

Mergable is a tool for software developers and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
